About The Position
As a Warehouse Associate at Capstone Logistics, you will play a crucial role in our operations by loading and unloading goods both manually and with the use of equipment. This position is physically demanding and requires a high-energy individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Associates are expected to lift and carry materials weighing between 25 to 75 pounds, and the specific materials handled may vary from day to day. You will be compensated based on your productivity, meaning the harder you work, the more you can earn, with potential earnings exceeding $1,100 per week. The work schedule will be set at the time of hire, with shifts starting at either 4:00 AM or 4:00 PM and continuing until the work is completed.
