About The Position
We are a well-established air freight pick-up and delivery company with over 40 years of experience, located in Kent, WA. We are currently seeking motivated and professional Warehouse Associates to join our operations team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is crucial for success in this role, as the work schedule may vary based on operational needs. We are actively interviewing for both full-time and part-time positions, with full-time shifts available from Monday to Friday, either from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or starting at noon until the day's tasks are completed. Part-time shifts are also available, providing flexibility for those who may have other commitments. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks that are essential to our operations. This includes loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts and other material handling equipment, sorting and staging freight in designated areas, and ensuring that all freight is properly palletized, packed, strapped, and wrapped. You will also be required to weigh and dimension freight accurately, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and occasionally assist as a driver helper when needed.
