About The Position

PROTECH Delivery & Installation partners with WDC Kitchen & Bath Center to provide best-in-class customer service when it is time for product to be delivered and installed. Position Summary: As a Warehouse Associate at PROTECH Delivery & Installation, this role is responsible for processing returns, maintaining organized showroom inventory, assisting with product installations, and providing support to the Area Manager and Warehouse Manager as needed.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong understanding of safety best practice required.
Basic understanding of appliance and plumbing related tools for installation preferred.
Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Basic computer skills for order lookup and inventory systems.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Walk, stand, operate equipment/vehicles up to 8 hours per day
Use hands to handle, or feel objects and controls such as those on telephones and computers, boxes, and shipping materials
talk and hear in person and on the telephone
Reach with hands and arms, grasp objects, push/pull objects of 10-50 pounds, twist the upper body, rotate the wrist, and use finger dexterity writing and using the computer.
Kneel, squat, bend, and lift using safety equipment.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Ensure showroom inventory is fully stocked and properly displayed.
Maintain organized return areas to support efficient workflow.
Process returns.
Sorting and placing materials or items on racks and shelves.
Install and set up products within the showroom.
Assist with rearranging showroom inventory and displays.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with company warehousing, handling, shipping and safety regulations.
