Job Title Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift About your role: Join the operations team at Fiserv supporting Print production in Stafford, TX. The Warehouse Associate will perform receiving, inventory entry, staging, and shipping to ensure materials are available and accurate for on-time production. You will train on and become certified for forklifts and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. What you’ll do: Enter and maintain inventory records in the warehouse computer system to support accurate stock levels and order fulfillment. Pick, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders to meet Print production schedules. Load and unload trucks, and perform shipping and receiving tasks to support timely outbound and inbound flows. Inspect inventory, deliveries, and shipments for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues. Operate powered industrial trucks (after training and certification) to move and stage materials safely. Complete assigned warehouse tasks, maintain a clean work environment, and follow all safety procedures. Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Requirements

  • Basic computer experience for data entry.
  • Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.
  • Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a print production or manufacturing environment supporting staging and production schedules.
  • OSHA or other safety certifications relevant to warehouse operations (e.g., PIT/Forklift certification).
  • Prior experience working rotating shifts, weekend overtime, or shift differential environments.
  • Familiarity with LTL freight processing and basic carrier documentation (BOL, packing lists).
