About The Position

Are you looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a dependable schedule? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing hardware distribution team in Denton. This is a Temp-to-Hire position designed for someone who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The Opportunity Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (Firm) Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional Overtime) Location: Denton, TX

Requirements

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong basic math skills and the ability to distinguish between similar part numbers.
• Reliability: Proven track record of punctual attendance for the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift.
• Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check and a 5-panel drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience: Previous warehouse or inventory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, count, and package customer orders for nuts, bolts, and fasteners.
• Inventory Management: Receive and verify incoming shipments; stock shelves and bins according to inventory standards.
• Quality Control: Read part numbers and labels with precision to ensure order accuracy.
• General Warehouse: Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
