Warehouse Associate
About The Position
Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Pull, pack, and ship customer orders while providing excellent service and sales support. Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage locations. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Label, scan, and update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety policies and promptly report hazards or equipment issues.
Requirements
- Must frequently lift and move 20 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
