YOU WILL BE: As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise following departmental and Saks Global standards. While you will receive training in a specific department, you will also be cross-trained and expected to work across multiple areas. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor.

Requirements

Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
This position requires English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and to meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on our needs.
Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets Saks Global standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
