About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. This role requires a strong understanding of warehousing principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate material handling equipment. The Warehouse Associate is expected to contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment, utilizing skills in order picking, packaging and labeling, and forklift operation.

Requirements

Working knowledge of warehousing principles and practices.
General knowledge of inventory management techniques.
Ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Thorough knowledge of order picking and packaging procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.
Valid Driver's License.
Computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.

Nice To Haves

Experience with forklift truck operation.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and put away incoming shipments, demonstrating proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively.
Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including housekeeping duties.
Load and unload trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
Assist with palletizing and sorting of materials.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with delivery personnel or customers.
