As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you are directly responsible for getting the right product to the right customer, on time, every time. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who takes pride in precision, speed, and execution under pressure.
This is not a “stand around and wait” warehouse job. You own outcomes.

Ensure every customer order ships accurately and on time by executing fast, disciplined warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment (Pick, Pack, Ship)
• Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error accuracy.
• Stage and ship orders to meet daily carrier cutoffs.
• Resolve order issues quickly to meet service standards.
• Track and report shipping discrepancies and cost variances.
• Receiving & Restocking
• Receive all inbound shipments and returns within 24 hours.
• Identify and report damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Put inventory away correctly—right location, right quantity.
• Keep receiving areas organized and ready at all times.
• Packing Material Management
• Keep packing stations fully stocked and organized.
• Forecast and submit packing supply orders twice per month.
• Balance cost control with operational readiness.
• Warehouse & Facility Readiness
• Open and close the warehouse daily (security, safety, mail).
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse—no clutter, no excuses.
• Handle light maintenance and organization tasks as needed.
• Monitor office supply needs and communicate reorders.
