About The Position
Warehouse Associate $1,000 Sign On Bonus Warehouse Associate Jarrett is a logistics and warehousing company headquartered in Orrville, Ohio. Our clients come from a variety of industries (such as furniture, food, and pet supplies – just to name a few) but the common denominator is that they ship something. We’re here to coordinate the process between our clients (mostly large manufacturing companies or suppliers) and carriers. To accomplish all of this, our team not only set up shipments for our clients, but they troubleshoot, answer questions, and fix issues before they become larger problems. Responsibilities
- Move materials from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas through the use of tow motor, pallet jack or by hand
- Read customer orders and/or shipping orders to determine items to be moved, weighed, gathered or distributed
- Use approved packing materials and procedures, neatly and safely pack customer orders
- Assist in shipping and receiving, unloading trucks and scanning orders
