Job Position: Warehouse Associate BRIEF DESCRIPTION We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. Duties include picking and packing orders, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding
Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions
Must be able to read and write English
Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government and company required background checks, clearances and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Nice To Haves

Prefer 2-4 years of experience
Basic mathematics skills (add, divide, multiply, and subtract)
Ability to interpret instructions
Basic computer skills
Prefer forklift skills

Responsibilities

Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Transport raw materials to production workstations
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
