We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our shipping and receiving operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps things moving efficiently, this role could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Requirements

• You are 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Valid NYS driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy against packing slips
• Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and branch transfers for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Label, stage, and organize outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling and system updates
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with attention to detail
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
