A Warehouse Associate handles inventory logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, while maintaining an organized and safe environment, often using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensuring accurate stock counts through record-keeping and system updates. On occasion, they may be required to work overtime to complete a task or project on time or other duties, as the company requires. Eligible for full-time status following successful completion of a 90-day evaluation

Work Environment The employee occasionally will work in heat (weather); this position functions within a normal warehouse environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be on their feet for 8 hours or more.
The employee is required to lift up to 50 pounds.
This position will require work on the computer, sitting and typing.

Responsibilities

Receiving & Storing: Unloading deliveries, verifying accuracy against orders, inspecting for damage, and storing items in designated locations.
Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, updating records, and resolving discrepancies.
Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools (certification may be required).
Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
