About The Position

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our growing warehouse and logistics operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, accuracy, and being part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently and on time.
If you like staying busy, working with inventory and shipments, using systems like Excel and shipping software, and being part of a team that supports the communications industry, this role offers long-term stability and growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, twist, and move throughout the warehouse
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Ability to operate computers, scanners, and basic warehouse equipment
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
• Are dependable and show up ready to work
• Can stay focused on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
• Are organized and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable using computers, Excel, and shipping software
• Like physical, hands-on work

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment (preferred)
• Excel, QuickBooks, FedEx, and UPS software experience (a plus)
• Forklift or warehouse safety experience (a plus)
• Understanding of inventory and warehouse processes (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling shipments according to company standards
• Preparing orders for FedEx, UPS, LTL, and other carriers
• Verifying product accuracy before shipment
• Maintaining inventory organization and performing cycle counts
• Entering and updating data in warehouse systems, Excel, and QuickBooks
• Moving, staging, and storing equipment safely
• Assisting with basic inspection, cleaning, or minor technical handling of equipment
• Communicating with the Warehouse Manager and team to prioritize daily work
• Supporting overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Performing additional duties as assigned
