About The Position

We're seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cutler Bay, FL for the 2025 holiday season . As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in preparing and maintaining materials for our installation crews. You'll help organize inventory, load and unload vehicles, and ensure that the warehouse operates efficiently and safely throughout the busy holiday season. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in organization, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor environment preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of warehouse tools, ladders, and safety practices
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic mechanical or tool-handling skills
• Safety awareness and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory, tools, and lighting materials
• Prepare and stage materials for installation crews and delivery routes
• Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with tracking supplies
• Report low stock or damaged items promptly to management
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and repairs when needed
• Support off-site operations and deliveries as required
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
