As a Warehouse Colleague, you'll do more than move merchandise-you'll help create a seamless, customer-focused experience behind the scenes. Whether you're receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, or shipping, your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure every item is handled with care and purpose. We're looking for individuals who bring both precision and heart to their work. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly, while also fostering a positive, respectful atmosphere where teammates feel supported and valued. Every task you complete contributes to on-time delivery and excellent service, making a real impact on our customers and your colleagues. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.   • Receiving and Unloading: Load and unload cartons and merchandise from and to delivery trucks, conveyor systems, etc.
  • Sorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis
  • Processing: Timely Complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards
  • Technology: Accurately and efficiently input data using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices while mastering area-specific functions across various systems (including warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
  • Safety: Perform job functions in a safe manner and promptly report any accidents or safety hazards affecting safe operation to the safety committee.
  • Equipment: Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and People Leaders. Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
