About The Position

If you’ve got the hustle to pick, pack, and ship like a pro—and the focus to keep your eye on the ball—we want you in our dugout. Starting Pay: $13-$14/hour (based on experience) Perks: Free medical and dental insurance after eligibility—no extra innings required! Your Position on the Field: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision—think of it as batting cleanup for our customers Assist with inbound deliveries—unload shipments like you’re snagging a ground ball at first base Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks—we’ll coach you up so you can cover all the bases Communicate with coaches (aka warehouse leadership) to improve plays and keep operations smooth Maintain a safe and organized warehouse—because a clean field keeps the team playing at its best Stay flexible and ready to jump in where needed—sometimes we need a utility player who can do it all Why Join Our Team?
