ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a high energy and results-oriented Warehouse Associate who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring prompt delivery & handling of customer products in accordance with ZIEHL-ABEGG mission statement. Warehouse Associate 1st Shift Your main responsibilities will be: Load & unload trucks and containers Stock & pull orders with accuracy and speed Prepare orders for shipment Maintain shipping and receiving equipment Submit orders with weights and dimensions Maintain a clean and organized work area Operate a forklift & pallet jack Occasional assistance in packaging area Stage orders in an organized fashion Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Operating a forklift
• Work experience in warehousing
• Experience with inventory management software (beneficial)
• Time management, communication skills, familiar with metric system, working with hand tools
• Ability to stand on concrete for an entire 8 hour shift
• Walking on the manufacturing floor
• Ability to pick up and move products
• Heavy lifting (50 lbs. to 70 lbs.)
• Ability to reach, bend, handle, lift, walk and stand

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory management software (beneficial)
