About The Position

Join the growing Kleen-Rite Team as a Warehouse Associate in the Hose Assembly department. This role involves building custom and standard hose assemblies, creating wand assemblies, and cutting and preparing hoses for orders. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to customers and supporting the success of the entire team.

Requirements

  • A team player who demonstrates our company values in all aspects of their work.
  • An individual willing to operate a forklift, pallet-jack and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new technology and follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.) daily, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with good communication skills with the ability to read documents in Standard English text.
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and Inspect Products – Read work orders, interpret product prints/catalogs, and use measuring tools to ensure hoses meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate Assembly Equipment – Safely set up and run saws, hose cutters, crimpers, threaders, and other hand and power tools; maintain equipment per procedures.
  • Prepare Orders for Shipment – Package assembled products for customers while following all safety protocols.
  • Meet productivity standards set by the department supervisor and the Distribution Center Manager.
  • Follow all warehouse procedures, including safety and maintenance rules.
  • Use handheld scanners, computers, and other tools to complete daily tasks.
  • Help keep our warehouse organized, clean, and efficient.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
