About The Position

This is a fast-paced, assembly-line style process where each person is responsible for a specific step:

1. Unloading / Feeding – Empty boxes and place books on the table to feed into the machine. This person needs to stay ahead and keep the product flowing at all times.
2. Line Organizer – Arrange books on the conveyor to maintain a consistent flow into the machine. This role controls the pace of production.
3. Quality Check – Receive books after labeling and verify labels are applied correctly. Attention to detail is critical.
4. Packing / Palletizing – Repack, seal, and palletize finished product.

Requirements

• Comfortable standing for full shift (8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Works well in a team and a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail (especially for the QA role)
• Reliable and consistent attendance
