About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist with picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, checking inventory, and cycle-counting our products. We want candidates excited to grow, forward-focused, and driven to meet our daily deadlines.

Requirements

• Basic warehouse operations
• Understand the process of picking, putting away, cycle counting, and packing parts for shipment
• Recognition of shipping labels for specific outbound trailers
• Operational knowledge of an order picker/forklift
• Basic knowledge of inventory, shipping, and receiving in a warehouse environment
• Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay organized and manage basic warehouse tasks effectively
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Maintain safety standards
• Basic understanding and application of T14 core values
• Adhere to daily productivity goals for assigned tasks
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including—but not limited to—pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. This position also requires extended periods of walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments
• Verify the accuracy of part numbers and shipping documentation
• Enter the data into our ERP system
• Sort shipments and deliver to assigned locations
• Pick, sort, and pack parts
• Prepare shipping labels via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL
• Load trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies
