JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE Responsible for various tasks, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and general warehouse maintenance. Help maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely order fulfillment, and support the overall success of our warehouse operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role is a plus.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accurate product quantities and quality.
Maintain organized inventory shelves, bins, and storage areas for easy access and retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to pick products based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Pack items securely and properly, following established packing procedures.
Perform visual inspections of products during order picking and packing to verify quality and conformity to standards.
Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
Accurately record picked items and quantities, update inventory records, and prepare packing slips and shipping labels.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment by sweeping, stacking pallets, and disposing of packaging materials.
Assist with general housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and orderly workspace.
Work collaboratively with warehouse associates and other team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols while performing warehouse tasks, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
