YOUR ESSENTIAL ROLE IN MAINTAINING EXCELLENCE: As our Warehouse Associate for Inventory & Replenishment, you will be the backbone of our warehouse efficiency: Efficient Putaway: Utilize RF scanner technology to accurately and swiftly put away all received products in their designated locations. Strategic Replenishment: Proactively replenish primary picking bins from overstock locations, ensuring our order pickers are always stocked and ready. Inventory Integrity: Act as a key problem-solver, promptly investigating and resolving any inventory discrepancies to maintain system accuracy. Skilled Equipment Operation: Safely and responsibly operate stand-up forklifts, order selectors/cherry pickers, and other essential warehouse equipment. Champion of Organization: Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that promotes productivity and team well-being.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Must be certified and experienced in operating forklifts (specifically order selector/cherry picker).
A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.
The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with assistance.
Comfortable and productive working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
A firm commitment to dependable attendance, punctuality, and collaborative teamwork.
