About The Position

Responsible for supporting warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and organizing materials to be shipped to jobs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational skills. MUST CURRENTLY HAVE OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION

Requirements

MUST CURRENTLY HAVE OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION
3+ Years of Manufacturing Experience (heavy machinery preferred)
Previous Lead experience required
2+ years of Forklift experience (propane preferred)
Ability to utilize a measuring tape to the 1/32" mark.
Ability to read blueprint and technical drawings/instructions.
Able to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance.
Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Assist with receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for quality and accuracy, and verifying against purchase orders.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to jobs or customer locations.
Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring materials are easily accessible and properly stored.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools in compliance with safety standards.
Process returns and ensure materials are restocked properly.
Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring all materials are properly secured and protected during transit.
Work effectively with other departments to ensure the seamless flow of materials to jobs and customers.
Report any discrepancies or issues with shipments, inventory, or equipment to management promptly.
