About The Position

As GCG continues to grow, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to add to our team in Tempe, AZ! In this role, your main responsibility will be cutting wire to customer orders, picking orders, shipping & receiving, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. If you are looking for a direct-hire position in a climate-controlled warehouse to gain hands on experience with an industry leader, then we may be just the right fit for you! Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri Pay Rate: $20+/hr (based on experience) + full benefits Location: 7333 South Hardy Drive Tempe AZ 85283

Requirements

Warehouse experience preferred
Experience with machinery a plus
Shipping and receiving experience a plus
Basic math and computer skills required
High school diploma/GED required
Reliable transportation is required as the site is not accessible by public transit
Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

Daily set-up and operation of spooling machine, ensuring machine runs smoothly
Run test spool daily to ensure quality and accurate calibration of footage counter
Daily set up and operation of stripping machine
Assist with shipping & receiving orders
Pick and relocate inventory with RF scanners and forklifts
Perform additional warehouse duties as needed
