Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude for managing inventory and shipping tasks.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English for clear communication regarding warehouse operations.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of prior warehouse experience.
  • A commitment to teamwork, quality work, and a safe working environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity.
  • Ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in extreme temperatures, with exposure to noise and fumes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Work 3rd shift hours, starting at 10:00 PM and staying until all tasks are completed.
  • Unload trucks and accurately receive merchandise, matching bills of lading to purchase orders.
  • Prepare bills of lading and verify shipping details to ensure accuracy.
  • Interpret and fulfill customer orders, work orders, and shipping requests.
  • Move, sort, and distribute materials within the warehouse according to established sequences.
  • Pick, pack, and load customer orders onto delivery vehicles.
  • Drive a Stake Body Truck exclusively within the facility grounds and company property.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines.
  • Inspect shipments for damages or defects, record discrepancies, and notify the supervisor as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and guidelines while demonstrating our core values.
