About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills for interpreting orders, labels, and inventory documents.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred; certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
• Label, stage, and prepare shipments according to customer and carrier specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper stock rotation, cycle counts, and documentation.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and promptly report maintenance needs or malfunctions.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
