As a Warehouse Associate you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe handling office furniture, modular wall product and flooring products. This includes receiving, storing, staging, assembling, and preparing product for delivery and installation. You will help maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse while working closely with delivery and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and climbing ladders.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and powered equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer or mobile device skills for inventory and shipping applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous flooring warehouse experience preferred (furniture or commercial goods experience a plus).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming inbound shipments.
  • Safely unload trucks and move product using appropriate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts).
  • Check products for damages and verify order accuracy using packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Accurately stage and prepare flooring materials, modular walls and furniture for scheduled deliveries and installations.
  • Perform MKPS and Kitting for outbound deliveries.
  • Assist with basic furniture assembly, including modular systems and office seating.
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces, ensuring proper storage of product and parts.
  • Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while using tools and equipment.
  • Assist delivery and installation crews when needed, potentially at customer job sites.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

  • Possess reliable transportation to report to and from work daily
