About The Position

Syndeo Staffing is searching for the right person to join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, this person will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining accurate records. Pay: $16-$18 BOE Schedule: Minimum 42.5 hours per week + additional OT as needed Typical schedule will be between 6 am & 5 pm Monday - Friday

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic math skills
Regularly required to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods of time
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Manufacturing environment – exposure to heat and cold along with humid conditions and dust

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Fulfilling product order invoices
Unloading material from incoming trucks
Loading products onto delivery trucks for shipping
Assist with maintaining equipment which includes cleaning out production equipment and lines
Maintain a clean and safe work area
