About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate in our cold storage facility, you will:

Load, unload, select, and move freight

Operate equipment and perform palletizing, repacking, and auditing

Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety standards

Work in temperatures ranging from 35°F to -15°F

Adapt to flexible scheduling needs in a 7-day-a-week operation

Requirements

• Experienced candidates strongly preferred – limited training is available
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to thrive in a physically demanding role
• Flexibility to work different days/shifts as operational needs require
