About The Position

Warehouse Associate (Full-time / 1st Shift) The Warehouse Associate will contribute to the success of Corkcicle by performing warehouse and logistics tasks as a liaison between Corkcicle warehouses. They will be responsible for a variety of duties that include, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, organization and inventory database referencing. This position is based in Lawrenceville, GA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Unload and properly inventory product using a walk-behind scissor forklift or pallet jack. Unpack and stage product for production team. Working from printed pick tickets, pull stock for both laser and pad. Check deliveries against orders, invoices, manifests and other documents to verify correctness. Palletize and bring out to make ready area. Clean up empty pallets and return them to warehouse area. Create Direct to Consumer (DTC) packets. Record and report overages, shortages and discrepancies. Organize stock and maintain inventory. Conduct regular cycle counts. Properly pack and prepare finished product for shipping. Process product shipments by creating labels in UPS shipment software. Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Pack and or unpack SOS based on roller rack needs. Replenish damaged or mis-printed units as needed for production. Reference inventory database as needed to perform job duties. Effectively interact with the team at the main warehouse, print warehouse and Orlando HQ in regards to product status, shipment, delivery. Achieve job and departmental objectives outlined throughout the year. Keep warehouse clean and neat. Empty cardboard container from DTC area. Reports to the Warehouse Manager and to the Print Production Manager as needed. QUALIFICATIONS – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of warehouse and/or logistics experience preferred. Some experience with computer software is preferred (Microsoft Office, database software). Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to be trained on all equipment and procedures. Ability to manage high volume production with high accuracy. Ability to learn, reference and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warehouse setting. Ability to work within the core hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to work overtime, outside of core hours / weekdays. WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / FLSA STATUS Indoor, warehouse environment. The warehouse noise level is moderately loud to loud. Must be able to stand for long periods of time while performing work. Must be able to reach and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Full-time/Non-Exempt/Hourly

Requirements
