Position Summary The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of the company by supporting the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This individual will assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, and RF scanner experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent attendance record and stable work history.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and effectively use ERP systems (e.g., Openda).
  • Quality- and safety-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math calculations.
  • Previous forklift, pallet jack, or Big Joe lift experience required.
  • Ability to obtain certification and operate a Big Joe lift.
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights using lift equipment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Able to stand and remain physically active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately select and gather items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
  • Safely pack products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging to prevent damage.
  • Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
  • Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory placement.
  • Safely load and unload goods from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
  • Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and accessible.
  • Operate spooling equipment safely and efficiently to fulfill customer-specific material requirements.
  • Review and approve supplier paperwork as needed.
  • Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Follow all quality, safety, and security procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.
