About The Position

Wire 3 is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving and organizing materials, preparing supplies for field crews, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained)
• Experience with inventory tracking systems
• Computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to operate and navigate a Mac computer
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Collaborative working style across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for installation and service teams
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Label, stock, and store equipment and supplies properly
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with loading company vehicles as needed
• Follow all Wire 3 safety policies and procedures
• Support warehouse staff with general duties as assigned
