Requirements

Warehouse experience: 1-2 years (Required)
Demonstrated ability to work independently while actively contributing to team success.
Reliable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 75 pounds regularly.
Comfortable with climbing, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Flexible and adaptable to cross-training in various warehouse functions.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

Cherry Pickers: 2 years (Preferred)
Reach Truck Operators: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Pick, check, load, and ship products according to order specifications.
Unload, sort, and organize tires in racks or bins following inventory procedures.
Operate warehouse equipment, including stock pickers and high-reach trucks.
Use computers, tablets, and RF scanners for inventory and order management.
Assist with inventory counts and support audits.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.
