About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Elkhart, IN. This role is crucial for the continued growth of the business. Warehouse Associates are responsible for selecting and locating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and handling inbound/outbound loading and unloading. They fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF Scanner, efficiently build pallets, and ensure skids are delivered to the correct locations or trucks. The position also involves performing other assigned warehouse duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-year minimum of warehouse experience
• 1 year of high-volume order selecting
• 1 year of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Review incoming material orders/'pick tickets.'
• Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
• Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack
• Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck
• Unload trucks
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Work in a collaborative, team environment
• Select and locate the merchandise
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness
• Loading and unloading
• Handle inbound/outbound operations
• Fulfill customer orders by using pick tickets or an RF Scanner
• Efficiently build the pallet
• Ensure skids are brought to the correct locations/trucks
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
