About The Position
Cirona Labs is a vertically integrated cannabis manufacturing and distribution company operating in New York State. We produce and distribute our own portfolio of cannabis brands while also serving as a contract manufacturer and distributor for partner brands. Our team focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and reliable fulfillment across the New York cannabis supply chain. Role Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, verifying orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while maintaining organized inventory and supporting general warehouse logistics.
Requirements
- 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the cannabis industry or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Metrc
- Experience with Canix or other WMS / ERP systems
- Forklift experience or certification
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately based on order tickets and fulfillment instructions.
- Pack and stage orders for delivery while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Verify order contents to ensure accuracy before shipment.
- Assist with preparing orders for driver dispatch.
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and storage locations.
- Support inventory counts and verification processes.
- Ensure products are stored safely and according to warehouse procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Prepare orders and documentation required for deliveries and transfers.
- Work with warehouse leadership to ensure orders are staged and ready for route launches.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Handle products in compliance with company policies and New York cannabis regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
