About The Position

Homans Associates, a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of their wholesale operations. In this role, the associate will manage day-to-day inventory operations, from receiving to final shipment, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and organization. Requirements

2-3 years of warehouse or logistics operational experience
Proficiency with inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices (barcode/RFID)
Computer literacy and basic math skills
Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
Manual dexterity to handle packages, operate equipment, and use tools effectively
Mobility to navigate warehouse spaces, climb ladders, and bend/reach as needed
Strong attention to detail with reliable and punctual work habits
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety protocols
