  • Education & Experience : High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand (for extended periods of time), bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work – Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 100 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately select merchandise from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and securely packaging items for shipment.
  • Unload, inspect, and count incoming freight from vendors; verifying that the received goods match the purchase orders and processing the items into the inventory management system
  • Manage shipping and receiving operations, including the safe loading and unloading of shipments using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Including stocking shelves, consolidating inventory, and ensuring all aisles and work areas are clear of debris and obstructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and eager to stay consistently busy
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for adapting and shifting between various job responsibilities as workflow dictates
  • Ability to navigate and operate a personal computer and handheld inventory computer/scanner
  • Ability to interpret data and use spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional and effective coordination with teams, vendors, and freight carriers
  • Forward-thinking mindset, focused on envisioning and supporting future growth and expansion.
  • Operate pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, storage and work areas
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Must be flexible to work an average of 40 hours per week, with the required availability being between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be included in the schedule
