The company is currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales candidate to assist customers over the phone and face to face with ordering and researching parts for John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory.

Requirements

• Provide robust customer service to internal and external customers
• Basic computer skills
• High Energy, and positive attitude
• Good computer research skills
• Strong customer Service Skills
• Excellent oral communication and written skills
• Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service
• Experience with John Deere Equipment

Responsibilities

• Selling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories
• In store customer service
• Overall organizational promotions
• Working with all vendors and alternate resources
• Being a team player and working with internal and external customers
• Monitoring shortages and expediting processes
• Keeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderly
• Ensure that inventory control practices are followed
