Position Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for building outgoing orders, ensuring and correct product placement. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes, attention to detail, the ability to assist the team with building outgoing shipments of finished coffee for their customers safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must have professional experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and dusty environments
• Personal and professional integrity
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or college degree a plus)
• Ability to read and write English

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a food production or warehouse setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders for shipment, including UPS orders
• Stage and build coffee orders as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete picking tickets
• Notify Shipping Lead or Warehouse Manager of inventory issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Ensure all supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality protocols
• Understand product coding, lot/date codes, and documentation procedures
• Participate in client-provided Quality Assurance and GMP training
• Perform other related duties as assigned
