About The Position

Riverstone Logistics (RLX) is a freight forwarding partner focused on final mile deliveries through dedicated and network models for various clients in over 26 states across the United States. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, RLX has over 700 employees and seeks individuals with leadership capabilities and exceptional communication skills. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for using safe lifting techniques, efficiently sorting, handling, loading, and unloading freight from over-the-road equipment, containers, city trailers, and/or straight trucks. This role involves using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts for freight handling and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Ability to work overtime (as needed) to meet operational and customer demands
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment in a safe manner
• Working with different departments to meet demands of the business
• Communicating any issues to the supervisor that can arise from loading and unloading
• Keeping up to date with new systems and technology
• Participate in daily inventory processes, auditing and researching discrepancies
• Demonstrate reliability and commitment to punctuality
• Performs all job tasks as assigned (may vary depending on client requirements)
