About The Position

The Warehouse Associate / Parts Delivery Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Parts Manager and Parts Specialists in the procurement, delivery, and management of materials and equipment for both jobsites and warehouse inventory. This position ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory organization, timely deliveries, and overall warehouse upkeep. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, parts management, or delivery preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Verify receivers for accuracy: Ensure all received materials match the original purchase order (PO) before leaving the supplier.
  • Organize parts: Place materials in proper locations for shop inventory or jobsite delivery; coordinate with Parts Specialists for labeling and storage.
  • Update records: Record all relevant information in the Service Titan system for dispatch and warehouse management.
  • Attach receivers to POs: Submit receiver documentation to the designated box for processing.
  • Timely and safe deliveries: Ensure prompt deliveries to jobsites while following safety protocols.
  • Maintain a positive attitude: Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness: Assist with keeping warehouse and parts cage areas clean and organized.
  • Inventory organization: Locate misplaced parts, properly store inventory, and face shelves for easy access.
  • General maintenance: Sweep and maintain tidy work areas.
  • Vehicle maintenance: Assist with driving company vehicles to repair shops and follow SOPs for vehicle swaps.
  • Return materials to vendors: Assist with vendor returns and ensure credit slips are obtained.
  • Warranty part returns: Properly document and return warranty parts to vendors.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or Parts Specialists.
  • Review tasks with Parts Manager or Parts Specialists to ensure completion of all responsibilities.
