About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities across the United States. Your primary focus will be on receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and in a timely manner to support our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring products are handled with care and reach their destinations without delay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into warehouse management systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and resolve operational issues.
