About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our production team. As a warehouse Associate you will be responsible for operating forklifts and material-handling equipment, inspecting materials and products for quality, supporting assembly projects, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, experience with warehouse systems, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Requirements

Forklift operation and certification (or willingness to obtain).
Basic math and measurement skills for accurate production tasks.
Experience with RF scanners for inventory and order tracking.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse.
Inspect products and materials for defects and damages to ensure compliance with company standards.
Assist the production team on special projects related to assembly and manufacturing.
Adhere to all company safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Load and unload shipments from trucks, properly stacking and securing materials to prevent damage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace through daily housekeeping tasks.
