Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in fulfillment, shipping, receiving, picking, or order fulfillment.
  • Comfortable with physical work - standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in cozy or tight spaces for long stretches.
  • Confident using scan guns, printers, handheld scanners, and common warehouse gear like pallet jacks.
  • Computer savvy with basic Office 365 skills; experience with ShipHero is a bonus!
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for basic math and some creative/spatial thinking to keep inventory organized and efficient.
  • Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and a team player who can also shine solo.

Responsibilities

  • Team up with Fulfillment and Receiving Managers to hunt down and fix operational bottlenecks and discrepancies
  • Receive and sort incoming boxes and pallets by SKU and PO number, following our SOPs like a pro to keep everything shipshape.
  • Print and stick SKU labels with precision, then transform soft goods (like apparel) using folding machines, visual checks, and packing into their designated bins - because presentation matters!
  • Skillfully use warehouse management systems, scan guns, and mobile scanners to move products and keep our inventory spot on.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and dive into discrepancy investigations with a sharp eye and problem-solving mindset.
  • Perform pick and pack tasks, product transfers, staging, dock duties, waste disposal, and general warehouse support - ready to pitch in wherever the action is!
  • Keep leadership in the loop with clear, timely communication using our tried-and-true methods.
  • Hit your KPIs consistently and show up on time, every time - being reliable is key!
  • Always be learning and sharing feedback on our inventory systems and processes so we can keep improving together.
