About The Position

USA Instruments, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to support their distribution operations. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely handling of instruments and related products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of instruments and materials.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to established procedures.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse for cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or damage in shipments.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
