Free farmer’s market during season from Gaia’s own 350-acre farm. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Shift Differential Pay: 2nd shift is an additional $2/hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Job Level 1 – Warehouse Associate Adhere to all Gaia safety and quality policies. Load, unload, and transport products using various powered industrial trucks. Receive, ship, and transfer inventory records via Gaia WMS. Pull and prepare products for production shop orders. Pack and ship small parcel shipments. Conduct inventory cycle counts. Perform 5S/cleaning tasks as required. Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of tasks related to the internal supply chain/warehousing/fulfillment operations at Gaia Herbs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is Required.
  • 1 year Warehouse/Logistics experience preferred.
  • 1 year Powered Industrial Truck experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficient in math. (Including decimals and fractions)
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Proficient or a willingness to be trained in the operation of multiple types of powered industrial trucks.
  • Working knowledge of a warehouse and its equipment, operations and scales.
  • Ability to come in early and or stay later than scheduled shift to accommodate the daily company needs.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write short documentation and correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
