About The Position

XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for a WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more! All of our products have fitness, health, and comfort designed into them for people in these fields. If you enjoy working on a high performing team, love collaboration and a team environment – then you could be a great ‘fit’ with our company! We are hiring for a Warehouse Associate who is industrious, can learn fast, follow instructions and has a positive attitude to join our team. We work a 4-day workweek (10-hour shift, Monday - Thursday) and then, get to enjoy a 3-day weekend!

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred but not required (will train for the ‘right’ person).
Understanding and familiarity working in the MS Office suite (Word and Outlook).
Self-motivated mentality and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Utilize tools and instructions provided by the company to pick, package and assemble product.
Use shop floor data systems to record information.
Learn to use ‘lean’ manufacturing techniques to ensure safety and quality.
Participate in improvement activities to ensure you succeed in your job and add value to your team!
