About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory cycle counting, receiving and stocking products, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse. Duties include operating a forklift, writing and receiving invoices, properly lifting heavy objects, safely cleaning hazardous spills using appropriate PPE such as gloves and masks, and some driving. This role also involves processing dead stock reports to manage inventory effectively while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational efficiency. Adaptability is essential, as the position requires handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while responding to changing priorities and warehouse needs. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions.
  • A sense of ownership and professionalism is essential, along with the ability to interact tactfully and effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • The candidate should be a positive team player who is organized, timely, and accurate in fulfilling orders.
  • Responsibilities include operating a forklift and handling shipping and receiving of pallets.
  • Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs., as well as occasional climbing, reaching, and grasping.
  • The role requires continuous attention to detail, accuracy in processing orders, and the ability to work safely with hazardous materials and fumes.
  • Strong English proficiency, both oral and written, and adherence to company policies and safety protocols are necessary for success in this position.
  • Candidates must have a clean driving record
