About The Position

We are currently hiring for a warehouse associate for a building material supplier. The person will be handling construction materials in a warehouse environment. The ideal person will have a go-getter attitude, detailed oriented, and upbeat. This is an entry level position with room for advancement for the right person.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED; preferred Associates Degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an operator.
• Able to read work orders and bill of lading.
• Experienced PC user in MS Office Suite, web browsing, and emails.
• Be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Using forklift and/or other warehouse equipment to move material.
• Receive material from Truck and store in designated area.
• Pull orders for production.
• Create shipping slip and load material for shipment.
• Clean and organize warehouse as needed.
• Other responsibilities as may be requested by supervisor.
